James Roytek, III (Jim Roytek) practices law as a sole-proprietor.  The Law Office of Roytek, Ltd.  has been serving central Illinois since 1988.  Service areas include but are not limited to the Counties of Coles, Edgar, Clark, Cumberland, Effingham, Shelby, Moultrie and Douglas.

    Jim Roytek is a 1988 graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law, St. Louis, Missouri, and received a Bachlor of Science degree from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1972.  Jim Roytek is admitted to practice in Illinois State Courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, and the United States Court of Claims.
